In a food processor, churn all the above ingredients. Keep processing it, scrape from all the sides, keep blending till you get a smooth texture. Serve with your favourite vegetables or falafel.

Notes: you can make tahini paste at home by dry roasting, white sesame seeds, cool it, grind it by adding olive oil, pinch of salt and little lemon juice. You can use this tahini sauce for making any middle eastern dish. Can be stored in the fridge for a week.
