Ingredients

around 1 cup
  1. 1/4 cuppine nuts
  2. 1 cupfresh basil loosely packed
  3. 1 cupfresh parsley loosely packed
  4. 3 TBLSminced garlic
  5. 1 TSPkosher salt
  6. Several grinds fresh black pepper
  7. 2 TBLSlemon juice
  8. 3 TBLSolive oil
  9. 1/2 cupfresh parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    In a small pan toast pine nuts over medium heat. Let cool.

    In a food processor or blender (I find a food processor works better) place the basil, parsley, and nuts and pulse till it becomes a rough paste. You may need to use a spatula to push down mixture in-between pulses.

    Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse till smooth.
