Ingredients

  • 1large deep fried tilapia
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • 1large tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1knorr cube

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add the onions and let this cook

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and cook for a short while

  4. 4

    Cut the fish into two and put in the pan, add the knorr cube

  5. 5

    Add hot water and simmer for 15 mins

  6. 6

    Enjoy
