Apple Cinnamon Cake 🍎

Its aroma filled the neighborhood! Fluffy and soft, it's one of the best cakes I've ever had! You can make it without a mixer if you use that special self-rising flour. Also, the friend who gave me the recipe often adds chopped walnuts and raisins. I don't know if I want to change anything about this masterpiece... It was perfect!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grate the apples using the coarse side of a grater and mix them with the brandy. Let them sit.
- 2
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C), the temperature for baking cakes. I bake them at 320°F.
- 3
Beat the sugar with the butter and eggs until they turn pale. Meanwhile, sift the flour with the baking powder.
- 4
Add the oil and vanilla. Lower the speed and gradually add the flour with the baking powder, and the cinnamon, until incorporated. The mixture is quite thick.
- 5
Reduce the mixer to the lowest speed and add the apples. Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured pan and place it in the preheated oven.
- 6
In my oven, it took 45-50 minutes to bake and for a knife to come out clean. The smell of apple and cinnamon was so strong it was irresistible!
- 7
Once it cools a bit, remove it from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I love love LOVE yeast breads but I suck at baking them for the most part. But this recipe, which is a redo of one I found 15 years ago, is a yeast bread, but a quick, instant gratification yeast bread. I love my crumbles and I love soft, fluffy and a little bit chewy sweet cakes. I’ve made this a few different ways. This dough has endless possibilities. I’ll publish another soon. I thought maybe since there are so many apples in this cake, it is low in calories and so it often has been featured as a snack at my house. This recipe uses a relatively modest amount of sugar, so don't reduce it further.Adding just the cinnamon is tasty, but I like to bake this cake with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg and ginger. In this case cinnamon should be the main spice and a single sprinkle of the other spices is enough.Serving with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream makes this cake even more delicious! Apple Crumble Cake Apple Crumble Cake
I hate sticky, watery apple cakes so I reduced the liquid in the apples before baking to prevent that from happening.Make sure to beat the butter well until white and fluffy, this will make the cake moist! If you use a better quality flour it's probably OK not to sift it. However, I use cheap flours that tend to form lumps so I sift it once more before mixing. Recipe by Katsurachan cookpad.japan -
