Delicious and simple Masoor Dal is a popular lentil based dish from the North Indian Cuisine and is often made in Indian homes.
Cooking Instructions

First rinse the dal 3-4 times and soaked into water for 10 minutes meanwhile Chopped the onion tomato and green Chilli.

Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it.add cumin seeds when it splattered add onion and saute until they turn light pink then add green Chilli, ginger garlic paste.saute until the raw smell goes.now add tomatoes and all powder spices along with salt.mix well. Add little water and cooked until tomatoes turn soft and spices were cooked well.

Now add soaked dal in it mix nicely.add 2 cups of water cover and cook on high flame for one whistle.turn off the flame.release the pressure naturally open the lid and.the dal cooked perfectly. Transfer it into serving bowl.

Take a tadka pan add oil heat it.add silced onion when they turn in light golden add broken red chillies.when onion turnd brown add kasmiri red Chilli powder then turn off the flame.pour the tampering on dal.masoor dal tadka is ready.serve with rice or roti.
