Steps

Take sprouted moong in a grinder jar along with green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds and as required water, grind it well to make a smooth thick batter.

Transfer the batter into a bowl, add rice flour, semolina, salt and mix it well. Add as required water if needed and keep it aside for 10 mins

Now heat uttapam pan, spread little oil and pour the batter in each cavity. Immediately add all finely chopped veggies and slightly press with the help of spatula.

Drizzle some oil all around, cover with lid and let it cook for 2 mins.

Turn the uttapam carefully, again cover with lid and let it cook from other side too. Serve uttapam with sauce or green chutney.
