Ingredients

5 minutes
2 people
  • 2boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 cupmashed/crumbled paneer
  • 1 cupchopped veggies (onions, capsicum and carrots)
  • as per tasteSalt ,
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • as requiredJeera powder, chaat masala, garam masala, red chilli powder
  • 1.5-2 cupsbreadcrumbs (roasted gram flour can be added)
  • as per tasteChopped coriander
  • 4 tbspSuji/Semolina to roll the cutlets
  • as requiredOil for shallow frying

Steps

    Mix everything together in a big bowl.

  2. 2

    Shape your cutlets, roll in semolina and shallow fry till they turn golden and crisp.
