Fried Rice🍚 and plantain 🍌

Put the cups of rice 🍚into a large pot 🍯and boil as usual, adding salt to it

Slice all the veggies🥦🥕🌽 into small🤏 squares 🔲 including the sausages in circles ⭕

Put a cup ☕of vegetable oil🛢️ into a pan and add the veggies🥦🥕🌽 slowly 🐌

Add the ground pepper🌶, ginger powder and cinnamon powder to the fried veggies🥦🥕🌽 and let to simmer at low heat 🔥for 3 minutes

Add the boiled rice🍚, a spoonful at a time⌚ into the stir fry mixing it constantly till everything has been stirred

Leave the rice 🍚covered while preparing plantains🍌🍌

Cut 🔪the plantains🍌 however you like and add a pinch🤏 of salt

Fry till golden brown🟤 and serve with rice 🍚
