Easy funnel cake

Cooking Instructions

In a pan on the stove add oil and heat on medium heat.

In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together very well.

Starting with 1 cup of milk add all wet ingredients to the dry. Youre looking for a loose pancake like consistency. Add more milk if its too thick.

Using a cooking funnel or any type of cup drizzle batter in a swirling motion making sure theres not a lot of space in between.

Fry on each side for around 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Top with powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, caramel or any other desired topping and enjoy !!!!

All the kids I have made this for love it and adults with sweet toothes too. Though I personally don't think it is too sweet because I myself am not too much of a sugar person.Ps : I suggest using small eggs for mug cakes because I have found using large eggs make the cakes taste too eggy.Also feel free to leave out the sprinkles to make a vanilla mug cake, it tastes just as good.
