Cooking Instructions

Steam the broccoli and zucchini. I used a pressure cooker.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg.

Place the vegetables in the baking dish and sprinkle a little salt on them. Pour the mixture over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.

Before taking it out of the oven, check if it's done by inserting a toothpick.

Let it cool slightly, then remove from the mold and enjoy.
