Mash the boiled arbi, add in rest of ingredients. And with greased hands, shape the mix in kebab forms. You can shape them around squeers, and grill them on grill pan on medium flame. Grill them on both sides.

You can even shallow fry them till crisp. Serve hot with minty dip.
