Ingredients

  • 1big ampalaya(bittermelon)
  • 4eggs
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • PinchSalt
  • 4Shallots

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg and add salt.Then stir fry and set aside

  2. 2

    Slice ampalaya into thin slices then soak in salted water for five mins.After that squezzed then wash

  3. 3

    Heat oil and sautee shallots then drop the ampalaya.Cook it until soft then.combine it with the eggs.

  4. 4

    Mix well then remove from pan
