In a bowl add gram pulse,mash,moong,red lentils, rice and wheat grain.
Now keep in water for 4-5 hrs. - 2
In a pot add 3 tbsp oil, beef and cook for 5-7 min then add salt. In other pot steam add water, all soaked pulse and lentils, all spices and cook for 4-5 hrs in low flame.after well cook mash it.

For seasoning: in a pan, add cooking oil, cumin, onion, red chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry it.
toping on haleem.
Now haleem is ready to serve. Enjoy!
