For Summer Fatigue Natto with Mulūkhīya and Okra

I like mulūkhīya, and just came up with this recipe. It's nice on cold rice and with chilled dashi stock.
It's convenient if you boil a lot of mulūkhīya and okra for 1 minute, then chop and freeze it so you can use it whenever you like. This dish is also tasty with a little shio-koji. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Umeboshi-Nyumen Noodles - When You're Sick or Fighting Summer Fatigue Umeboshi-Nyumen Noodles - When You're Sick or Fighting Summer Fatigue
I've always served this as the last course of a feast, as well as when we're fighting summer fatigue. My son is rather worn out from his sports club activities... so I feed him this.If you like it, add dried shiitake mushrooms to the dashi stock for even more flavor. If you don't like chicken, you can omit it... but chicken is also full of umami.Be sure not to serve the umeboshi pits.I think that plain umeboshi that's not sweetened with honey tastes better... but it's up to you.You can use shiso leaves instead of green onion as garnish/topping. Recommended For Summer Fatique, Chilled Kabocha Squash Soup Recommended For Summer Fatique, Chilled Kabocha Squash Soup
My family loves soup. Simmered kabocha squash isn't too popular, but turn it into soup and it's gone in the twinkle of an eye. I make this recipe without hesitation whenever I have a lot of kabocha squash. If you put the piping hot onion soup in the food processor it may explode, so process in batches. If you like the soup to be really smooth, I recommend processing all the soup. Recipe by SCRUMPCIOUS cookpad.japan -

I like eating natto with umeboshi, so I wondered about making it into fried rice...By mixing the rice and the egg together in a bowl beforehand, the egg works as a coating when cooking for a more crumbly rice. Recipe by Minaichigo cookpad.japan
