  • 3big sweet potatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel, wash and add salt to your sweet potatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat vegetable oil. Add your salted sweet potatoes and deep fry.

  3. 3

    Fry on both sides. Drain. Serve alongside egg sauce.
