Cooking Instructions

In large stock pot saute onion and smoked sausage cut into 1 inch slices

Once onions are soft, half fill pot with water and dry seasoning and bring to a boil
- 3
Then add clams and potatoes and bring to boil
- 4
Then add remainder of seafood and corn and bring to boil
- 5
Remove seafood, potatoes and corn from the liquid
- 6
Pour out 2/3rds of the liquid and aff the butter and garlic to the remaining 1/3rd
- 7
Once the buter melts, return the seafood, potatoes and corn to the liquid with butter and garlic then stir and serve....
