1halve the recipe Mayo-egg
2 mediumPotatoes
1 tspplus Soy sauce
1/2 tbspButter
1Cheese suitable for melting
3Wiener sausages
1Mayonnaise
1Coarsely ground black pepper
2 tspOlive oil

Steps

Microwave the potatoes until a skewer goes through them easily. Peel and cut them into bite sized pieces. Slice the sausages to your desired size.

Prepare the pizza base and meanwhile, make the egg mayo

Place the pizza base on parchment paper and roll into a round shape. Coat with olive oil and the egg mayo mixture.

Top with the potato and sausage pieces, and scatter the butter on top. Pour on the soy sauce. Add the cheese and mayonnaise as a topping.

Bake in the toaster oven or oven until the cheese has melted and browned, and it's done. I baked it in the oven at 220℃ for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle on some coarsely ground black pepper and parsley, and enjoy.
