  • Meatballs
  • 1 lbGround Beef (or Pork or Mix)
  • 1Egg
  • 3 TbspCream Of Wheat (dry uncooked)
  • 1 TbspMontreal Steak Spice (Ground to a powder) (Or favorite spice mix)
  • Sauce
  • 1 CanPineapple Tidbits
  • 1/2 CupBrown Sugar
  • 1 TbspCorn Starch
  • 1 CupWater
  • 1/3 CupVinegar (Apple Cider Preferred)
  • 1 TbspBeef Base
  • 1 TbspSoya Sauce (Low Salt preferred)
  • Optional (But highly recommended)
  • 1Onion, sliced long-wise
  • 1Red Pepper, Sliced (Or Yellow, Or Orange)
  • 1-2Carrots, Sliced thin or matchstick

    Mix Meatball ingredients all together at once. Mush up thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Form into balls by your preferred method. Fist-squeeze, melon-baller, two-spoons. Anything goes. Smaller meatballs cook quicker, and mix into sauce better.

  3. 3

    Bake 375 for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Put all ingredients from Sauce section into a large saucepan. Like, much larger than you think you need. Heat over Medium; stir frequently.

  5. 5

    When sauce begins to thicken, turn down to medium-low, and dump in all the Optional Veggies. Cook until veggies are as soft as you like.

  6. 6

    Heat off, stir in meatballs. Serve over Lo Mein or Rice.
    I prefer a Red Cargo Rice (So very Tasty!)
