Warm Romanesco Broccoli Salad

I was really impressed by the shape of Romanesco broccoli, so I asked my parents and they grew some for me. Since they managed to successfully cultivate them, I made this recipe in return.
I tried many things but found that mayonnaise and mustard matches.
◎ When breaking the Romanesco into small pieces, gently break apart from the stems to create appealing pyramid shapes. If there are some soft leaves, you can boil them and eat them too. They're delicious.
◎ After boiling, they turn a beautiful jade green color.
◎ The boiling time for Romanesco is pretty much the same as for regular broccoli. Recipe by Soyokaze

Combine the flavoring ingredients in a bowl. (※Add salt to taste)

Break the romanesco into small pieces (gently break apart from the stem).

Boil the romanesco in salted water for about 2 minutes. Boil the soft leaves.

Once boiled, thoroughly drain the water and add to the bowl from Step 1. Mix it all together.

Please eat while it's still hot. They'll taste sweet and delicious.
