Boil the lentils, then add the bulgur with 2 cups water (about 480 ml) and cook until tender.

Sauté the onion in olive oil, then add it to the bulgur and lentils.

For the fattoush, mix all the vegetables, then add lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, sumac, and salt.

Serve with fried bread.
