Sorry for the disappointingly short recipe. I just mixed the flavouring ingredients and it turned out to be surprisingly delicious.

The chicken becomes moist from the oil, and soft when it's sliced thinly. When you are using bigger cuts of chicken, microwave for 4 - 6 minutes instead. Leave it with plastic wrap for a while so that the flavour will get absorbed, and the chicken will taste delicious. Recipe by mini

Ingredients

  1. 1Chicken tenderloin
  2. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 1 tbspOlive oil
  4. 1/2 tspHoney (mirin)
  5. 1/2 cloveGarlic
  6. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  7. 1Sesame oil, ginger, balsamic vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the seasonings together on a plate. Place the chicken tenderloin and flip to marinate. Tightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 ~ 2 minutes, then done.
