Mix fresh milk, warm water, egg, sugar and yeast in the mix bowl, add bread flour stir for mixing it. Turn on the surface, Knead well. Grease bowl & well cover until get the double size dough. After get the double size dough, work on the surface again. Knead the dough and Divide the dough evenly and form into a ball, cover for 20 minutes.

Flatten the small ball, spread the butter on and rolling, twist it. Place it on the tray, cover for 20 mins. Then do the egg wash, sprinkle the flaxseed.

Preheat the oven at 180 C, bake for 20-25 mins. Remove it from the oven brush with fresh milk.
