Firstly take metal vessel and add water.

Add cumin seeds, salt, carom seeds, baking soda, chopped green chilli and mix all ingredients well. And cook it for 3-4 minutes.

Later, add kanki flour (broken rice / rice flour) and stir well.

Stir continuously till rice flour absorb the water.

Break the lumps and make a soft shape.

At the bottom in steamer put water for boiling.Greace a plate with oil and put all the shaped khichu in steamer.

Cover the steamer and cook it until rice flour are cooked completely around 35 minutes in low-medium flame.

And it turns out light yellow color. And khichu or papadi no lot is ready enjoy it with peanut oil and pickle masala.
