Ingredients

  1. 4Boiled and mashed potatoes medium size
  2. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  3. 1 tspDhaniya powder 1tbsp chaat masala
  4. 1 tspAjwain /aniseed
  5. 1 tspFennel seed
  6. 1Sliced onions
  7. 4Burger buns
  8. as required Lettuce leaves
  9. 2 tbspMaida for slurry
  10. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  11. 2Garlic grated
  12. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  13. 1 cupFrozen peas, carrots beans and corns
  14. 1/4 tsp Haldi
  15. As neededBread crums
  16. As required Oil for frying
  17. 1 cupMayonnaise
  18. 5-6 tbspKetchup
  19. 4 tbspChilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and mash the potatoes and keep ready.

  2. 2

    Take oil in kadai add garlic grated, green chilli paste saute add ginger garlic paste then add the frozen veggies cook until all water is dry add haldi, red chili powder, dhaniya powder chaat masala, aniseed and fennel seed.

    Finally add mashed potatoes and mix nicely remove it from flame and let to cool down then make patties of the size of the buns.

    Heat the oil for frying the patties Firstly dip them into the maida slurry then into crums and then fry until crispy light brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble all the ingredients now take burger buns palce lettuce leaf then add mayonnaise sauce (mayonnaise +ketchup +chilli sauce) place onion slices and then place another buns. Its all ready.
