A Pakistani classic – chicken corn soup
Chicken corn soup is a staple in any Pakistani household. Most Pakistani children grew up having it in the winter, when not feeling well and definitely (for me, my siblings, and cousins at least) when walking along road side after shopping in winter season and sometimes bus aisay hi "chlo bhi soup peenay ka mood ho raha hai". Even though winter in Karachi is just like a guest in hotel few days stay and then return to its station but in this short seson we the karachites spend these days as a festival , chilli winds straight from the coldest part of the world cyberia are heading to afghanistan and from borderof toorkham they enterd in quetta and all over from quetta they came to karachi and the humidity of sea in environment make it extremely go through in bones there is nothing more comforting than a steamy bowl of soup for a wonderful and easy pick-me-up.

Boil 10 cups of water in a large pot with 1 teaspoon salt and turmeric powder add 2 cups of chicken bones and pieces for 25 minutes

Discard bones and pieces from broth and add in two additional cups of water to bring broth back to 10 cups

Add one chicken bouillon cube and two boneless skinless chicken breasts to broth and boil for 15-20 minutes and then let sit in the pot, with the heat turned off, for 10-15 minutes to cool

Shred the chicken and add into broth
Pulse a whole can of corn kernels with their liquid in a small blender three times for a crushed corn consistency and add to soup and cook for five minutes - 5
Add two light beaten eggs to the soup slowly while constantly stirring to form long strands of egg

Mix 1/2 cup of cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water until not lumpy and add to the pot of boiling broth slowly to check consistency

Adjust salt to taste
Serve with favorite garnishes - 8
Serve along with soy sauce,chilli sauce, vinegar-soaked chiles, black pepper, choppd boiled eggs,papdi, crunchy slims yes you are right put all these in soup and enjoy the true memoni road side taste of chicken corn soup
