Steps

Wash poha and drain water. Keep onion green chilli, lemon, curry leaves ready

In a kadhai add oil and add peanuts to become slightly fry. Then add mustard seeds, jeera, asafoitida, green chilies, curry leaves and onion. Saute it and cook it for a minute

Then add turmeric in it & add poha. Mix it well. Finally add salt, sugar & lemon juice. Add little water & cover it with lid to get steamed.

Lastly add coriander and garnish
