Stir-Fried Chicken Gizzards with Green Onion, Salt, and Lemon

I bought chicken gizzards that were on sale. I tried making something that is refreshing and appetizing even during hot summer.
If you let the marinade sauce boil too long, you will lose the tartness of lemon and its nice fragrance. Once it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
Plenty of black pepper gives more grown-up flavour, and it goes really well with beer. Recipe by tohiya

Steps
- 1
Cut the chicken gizzards into bite-sized pieces. Cut the green onions into small round slices.
- 2
Mix the ☆ ingredients in a bowl, and marinate the Step 1 chicken gizzards and green onions in the sauce for 10-15 minutes. Keep a small amount of green onions for garnish.
- 3
Heat sesame oil (not listed) in a frying pan, and stir-fry the chicken gizzards. (Try not to add the marinade sauce into the pan.)
- 4
When the chicken gizzards are cooked through completely, add the marinade sauce, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.
- 5
Serve on a plate, top with the green onions which were set aside earlier. Sprinkle as much as black pepper you like, and you're done.
