Ingredients

  • 10large onions
  • 8blended scotch bonnet pepper
  • 5blended red bell pepper
  • 1 cupbeef stock
  • 1/2kilo ram meat
  • 8 cubesmaggi
  • 1 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and blend onions till smooth

    In a pot add oil

    Pour in d blended onion puree

    Allow to fry for 40 mins till d aroma of onion begin to stuff in your house d aroma was so inviting

    When the onion is properly fried add d blended pepper to the onion

    In a pot boil the meat add maggi, onion n salt and fry d meats

    Add d maggi seasonings and pour the beef stock allow to cook for another 20 mins

    Add d fried meat

    Lastly onion soup is ready i ate it with rice n plantain
