There are many varieties of meat wraps, but I thought the red from the carrots and the white from the hanpen fish cakes would look pretty together.

Cooking Instructions

Chop the carrot and hanpen into 5 cm cubes. Boil the carrot in salted water, and let cool.

Spread out the pork slices, and dust with flour. Place the carrot and hanpen alternately, and wrap together.

Fr in a frying pan until browned, and add all the seasonings to make them sweet and salty.

Cut in half and serve. They will look pretty.
