1 1/2cinn stick

5all spice
1/4beef boullion
1/2 boxcarrots
4potatos
1/2 tsporegano

brown lamb with oil

add onion and garlic

when soft add wine, sauce, spices

after 15 min add carrots and set tumer for 45 min

add potatoes
