  2. 1 1/2 cupred wine
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1small/med onion
  5. 3/4 candiced tomato
  6. 2cup
  7. 3 clovegarlic
  8. 1 1/2cinn stick
  9. 6cloves
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. 5all spice
  12. 1/4beef boullion
  13. 1/2 boxcarrots
  14. 4potatos
  15. 1/2 tsporegano

  1. 1

    brown lamb with oil

  2. 2

    add onion and garlic

  3. 3

    when soft add wine, sauce, spices

  4. 4

    after 15 min add carrots and set tumer for 45 min

  5. 5

    add potatoes
