  • 2 lblamb shoulder
  • 1 1/2 cupred wine
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1small/med onion
  • 3/4 candiced tomato
  • 2cup
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1 1/2cinn stick
  • 6cloves
  • 2bay leaves
  • 5all spice
  • 1/4beef boullion
  • 1/2 boxcarrots
  • 4potatos
  • 1/2 tsporegano

  1. 1

    brown lamb with oil

  2. 2

    add onion and garlic

  3. 3

    when soft add wine, sauce, spices

  4. 4

    after 15 min add carrots and set tumer for 45 min

  5. 5

    add potatoes
