Steps

Mix wheat flour, salt, and water to make a dough.

To make Filling mash the potatoes add paneer, onion & add all masala.

Flatten the one small ball of flour then add stuffing on flattened dough & make one more flattened dough see on the image.

Then cooked paratha on pan and ready to serve with curd.
