White dambu

Dambu is one of my best traditional dish that I like #teamsokoto
Steps

Bring your rice and blend to become broken then sieve and wash it

Allow it in the bowl to settle for like 30mint then put your pot on the fire on a very low heat so that it will be abl to steam well add your broken rice and use something to cover it then put the pot cover and close it

Leave it for like 20 to 30mint then bring it down put in a bowl add your vegetable oil salt and zogale mix them all toghether and take it back to the pot cover and allow to steam again until is soft

Now enjoy your dambu with yaji maggi and you can add extra vegetable oil if is not enough
