Steps

Soak sliced apple in apple cider until needed later on.

Heat oil in pan and fry onion until soft.

Add pork, make sure to flip.

Cook until pork is white on both sides, add mixed herbs.

Add apple, then cider and crumbled vegetable stock cube.

Meanwhile, boil water for the frozen peas. Boil to be ready for the end of step 7.

Thicken sauce with Gravy granules. Simmer for 15-20 mins.
