    Finely chop onion and pepper

    Add fish,curry and seasoning then stir

    Use non-stick baking pan (any shape of your choice) bake under low temperature (30 mins)

    Remove when it’s golden brown (mine is not golden brown because I don’t like fried egg dats y I left it to cook very well)urs should be golden brown
