Dal Bukhara With Garlic Lachcha Paratha

Soak Urad for 8-10hrs.
Now pressure cook adding 1/2tsp.turmeric powder salt red chilli powder mix well n whistle 4-5 - 2
Heat ghee in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste saute. Now add tomato puree stir and add boiled Urad with water. Now add turmeic powder red chilli powder kasuri methi and asofoetida.Add 1/2cup water if needed. Mix it well.
Lastly add butter and amul cream salt stir well. And cover cook 20-25min. On slow flame. - 3
For Garlic Lachcha Paratha:- Take a wheat flour in a paraat. Add salt oil carom seeds mix it well.
Now knead a dough with milk. Knead properly like papad dough. And keep aside for 5-10min.
Mix finely chopped garlic chopped coriander melted butter in a bowl. - 4
Now roll thin big roti.Apply garlic butter.And cut strips with pizza cutter. Roll it and fold like ring. Again roll and roast on iron tawa with butter on mid. Slow flame.
Take out on a plate. And crumble. Garlic Lachcha Paratha is ready. - 5
Take a dal in serving bowl garnish with coriander and cream. Serve with Garlic Lachcha Paratha and Onion lachcha with lemon.
