Ingredients

  1. 5-6medium Potatoes
  2. 1large onion sliced length wise
  3. 2-3green chillies
  4. 5-6Curry leaves
  5. 2dry red chillies
  6. 1 tablespoonoil
  7. 1/4 teaspoonmustard seeds
  8. PinchHing
  9. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes. Remove the skin and mash the potatoes.

  2. 2

    In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, garlic, hing, onions, curry leaves and green and red chillies.
    Saute well and add salt, turmeric and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add the potatoes and mix together well.
