A 👉🏻 Prepare your buns & patties. Slather enough butter on your buns and place them on a pan to slightly char them. Cook your burger patties to your preferred doneness. Keep aside.

B 👉🏻 In a bowl, combine and mix ingredients in B. Keep aside.

C 👉🏻 Next, heat a tbsp of cooking oil or butter in a saucepan. Add chopped onion. Sauté until translucent. Add sauce mixture (B). Stir well until sauce is slightly thicken. Your sauce to coat the patties is ready. Remove from the heat immediately.

D 👉🏻 Next, chop or mince sweet pickles or sweet gherkins. In a small bowl, mix chopped gherkins, mayonnaise & sweet chili sauce well.

Before assembling your burger, dip your burger patty in the sauce (C), making sure your patty is well coated.

Assembling your burger - the order 👉🏻 bun, spread generous amount of D (mayonnaise mixture) on the buns, shredded lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber, burger patty, thinly sliced tomato, thinly sliced red onion and bun. Serve with your favourite sides.
