2 bowlscooked rice
10~more butterfly pea
50 mlboiling water
1boiled egg

Steps

Put butterfly pea in boiling water. Put blue water in 1 bowl of cooked rice and mix well.

In a small bowl, place white rice in a star shape. Using 2 spoons is easy to make.

Put blue rice on it. Make a hole in center and place boiled egg.

Cover blue rice and press with dish.

Turn the bowl upside down and serve the rice on a plate.
