  • 2tbsp ghee/desi ghee

    Makai ka atta chaan lein pehly.. or us mein namak dal dein sath ghee

    Or pani dal dein..atta hlka sa naram ghondna hai.

    Agar ap zada expert nahi hain to foil paper yeh shoper par atta dust karein or roti ko hatho ki madad se gol shape krlen.

    Then taway pehly hi slow flame par garam krne rakh dein. Or hlka sa ghee laga kar roti ko foil paper samit uthain or taway par aram se palat dein. 6, 6 mins donu side se paka lein slow flame par takay roti under se kachi na rahy.
