4chocolate ice cream cones
4cookies for the base
4gummy strips
Small candies or gummies
Melting chocolate

Fill the cones with candies and gummies.

Use the melted chocolate to attach the cookie to the cone, then cover the top with chocolate so it looks black.

Wrap the pink gummy strip around the cone like a ribbon.
