Ingredients

  • 1 cuprefined flour
  • 2 tbsprefined oil for moyan
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tbspajwain
  • as required Water for making dough
  • as required Oil for frying
  • For serving as platter
  • as required Cooked and tempered chana dal
  • as required Green coriander chutney
  • as required Tamarind chutney
  • as per need. Barik sev
  • As required Pomgrenate seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingrediants of pakwan make dough by adding some Water.keep it cover with cotton cloth for about 10 min for rest.

  2. 2

    Now divide dough into ball size portion.Roll it like pakwan and pork with fork otherwise puff in the center while frying.

  3. 3

    Deep fry all pakwan on low to medium flame until golden brown in color.remove on a paper plate.

  4. 4

    Serve pakwan with tempered chana dal,green coriander chutnry, tamarind chutney,barik sev and pomgranate seeds.
