Steps

Mix all ingrediants of pakwan make dough by adding some Water.keep it cover with cotton cloth for about 10 min for rest.

Now divide dough into ball size portion.Roll it like pakwan and pork with fork otherwise puff in the center while frying.

Deep fry all pakwan on low to medium flame until golden brown in color.remove on a paper plate.
- 4
Serve pakwan with tempered chana dal,green coriander chutnry, tamarind chutney,barik sev and pomgranate seeds.
