For 2 person I have taken 1 cup sabudana. Soak over night. Next day wash it properly and drain it.Keep aside..... Now coarsely grind 1/2 small cup roasted peanut and keep aside.

4. Heat oil in a kadai. Fry 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, few curry leaves, 2 whole red chilli for few seconds. Then add 1 chopped onion saute it till it is light brown in colour. Then add 1 chopped green chilli, red chilli powder as needed, 1/2 tsp ginger paste and mix...well.
Add sabudana mix...well. - 3
I have added a little sugar so that the upma color will be redish.
Then add roasted peanut powder. Mix.....well. Don't add water and cook for 5 minutes till sabudana become tender... - 4
Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate.............
Ready to serve.............hot....................sabudana upma
