I have made very innovative Rava Vada with maggi masala e magic, which is very quick, crunchy and amazingly tasty snack which we can also make as breakfast or tea time snack.

I have made very innovative Rava Vada with maggi masala e magic, which is very quick, crunchy and amazingly tasty snack which we can also make as breakfast or tea time snack.
Steps

Take a pan, add water and let it boil. Now add all the ingredients except oil into the water. Now mix well in slow flame, until the mixture will get a dough consistency.

Take out the mixture in a bowl and let it cool completely. Take lemon size portion between your Palms and give them the shape of the Vada with a hole in the center.

Heat a wok, add oil, and shallow fry the Vada on slow to medium flame from both sides until getting a beautiful golden colour and crunchy texture. Serve hot with curd, ketchup it chutney and enjoy these Rava E Magic Vada along with tea.
