  • 2Red Onions chopped
    How to dice an onion with no tears
  • 5Large Gherkins chopped
  • 125 mlMayonnaise
  • 5 mlMustard Powder
  • 10 mlMixed Herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  1. 1

    Cube and cook the Potatoes. Let it cool completely before continuing.

    Add the chop the Red Onion and Gherkins to the Potatoes.

    Mix the Mayonnaise, Mustard Powder and Mixed Herbs.

    Add Mayonnaise mixture to Potatoes.

    Add Salt an Pepper to taste and mix well.

Tips

How to dice an onion with no tears

Using a chef's knife, slice off top-end. Don't slice off the roots. Peel the onions.
