Ingredients

  1. 1Smoked milkfish or tinapa na bangus
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Salt or garlic salt
  4. Side Dish
  5. Sliced tomatoes
  6. Steamed vegetables

Cooking Instructions

    Spray cooking oil on both sides of the fish and sprinkle garlic salt or salt.

    Pre-heat AF for 5 minutes at 150C.

    Place fish on mesh tray and cook for 10 mins at 180C.

    Note: My fish is only half thawed so if your fish is not frozen, it will take shorter time to cook.

    Flip the fish and cook for 6-7 minutes more.

    Take the fish out and spray a bit more oil on both sides. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side at 195C to crisp the skin. You'll see it become golden /deeper in color, this means it's done.

    Serve with rice or steamed veggies and sliced tomatoes on the side.
