  1. 8eggs, at room temperature
  2. 2/3 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven 300 F

    Whisk the eggs, then add the water

    Spray an 8x8 inch metal pan with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Place the 8x8 pan inside a 9x14 pan and fill the outer pan with 1 1/2 cups of hot water

    Place the pans in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until the eggs are fully set

  5. 5

    Remove the pans from the oven and take the 8x8 pan out and let cool for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Cut into 4 squares. May refrigerate for 3 days. To reheat, microwave the eggs for 50% power for 45 seconds per square
