Steps

Mix all masalas for Balls. Knead it well. Then make balls from this mixture. Heat oil in kadai & fry balls very carefully. Keep aside.

For gravy - all masalas grind in mixer grinder including tomato & green chillies.

Add cardamom & cinnamon in hot oil. Then add grinded masala & fry it well.Then add a little water & again fry it well until oil comes out from masala.

Then add 1 cup warm water,salt & sugar.Boil it well.Then add Cottage cheese ball with it. Add garam masala powder & kasuri methi.Cook it for 1 minute & add butter. switch off the flame.Cover the kadai with lid rest it for 10 minutes. Now serve it with Paratha or Pulao. It tastes heavenly.
