In a pan, add the peeled green bananas, largely sized beef chunks, diced onions,chopped tomatoes,crushed ginger,salt to taste, royco cubes and chillies

Add enough water, cover the pan and let it to simmer.
Remember to retain some soup for the meal in the process. - 3
Once all the ingredients in the pan have fully incorporated and are well tenderized,put off the heat then sprinkle the largely cut spinach on top (we don't want the leaves to discolour or overcook, that's why it's added at the very last minute)

Serve on your favourite bowl of soup and enjoy the delicacy!
