Clean n soak Bajra, dal n methi seeds overnight or at least 6 hours
-grind fine past, add 1 cup water, salt. mix with hand as it will help batter fermentation. - 2
Cover n keep for overnight.
-don't cover with a tight fitting lid cz we need wild air bone yeast to help fermentation. - 3
Heat a well seasoned cast iron tawa. grease with wood pressed oil n MAKE DOSA.
