4 to 5 servings
  • 2 kgcarrots
  • 2 kgskimmed milk
  • To taste sugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupcrushed nuts
  • 2 cupghee or oil

  1. 1

    First grate the carrots.

  2. 2

    Add in wok with milk and cook till milk dries. Add sugar cook again.

  3. 3

    Then add oil and cook till fragrant and oil separates. Add nuts mix well and serve.
